Our order processing time is 1-5 business days after you place your order (not including transit times for shipping). Due to the nature of being a small business and the fact that most of our products are handmade in-house, there will be rare occasions where processing takes longer. We will notify you if that is the case.

If you have a rush order, please email us at before placing your order to see if we can accommodate you. Additional charges may apply.


Some of our stickers are handmade, while some are produced by a vendor partner. 

All of our notepads are handmade, except for one series of notepads which is currently outsourced. We also outsource our sticky notes.

Keychains and washi tape are made by a vendor partner.

Art prints are handmade and produced in-house.

Apparel and tote bags are print-on-demand items produced by a manufacturing partner.

All items are designed by Rachel.

Yes, we're also on Etsy if you prefer to shop there. However, our prices are a little higher on Etsy due to the fees they charge. Also, not all of our products are currently listed on Etsy.

Stickers, stationery, art prints, keychains and washi tape are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) from Orange, California. Print-on-demand items (apparel, tote bags) will ship directly from the manufacturer.
